Multifunction Generator WF 1943A/WF 1944A/WF 1945A/WF 1946A and WF1965/WF 1966 respectively, can be exported 0.01 MicroHz ~ 15MHz and 0.01 MicroHz ~ 50MHz signal. All-synthetic way, the whole band set up on the resolution of 0.01 MicroHz, the frequency accuracy of 5ppm.
In addition, WF 1956 also covers the 100MHz high-frequency region,
limited to CH2 (HF mode), PLL (phase locked loop) mode, a continuous sine wave oscillation.
